Fuji's Parts Department assists our customers in various aspects of part ordering from identification to purchase. Each
customer is assigned an experienced and knowledgeable personal service representative who can provide instant answers to
their questions. For example, they can supply information on a part's price and description, as well as shipping information
including ship date, who received it, when it was received, and tracking numbers. If needed, the Parts Department also provides
technical support to help our customers identify which part should be ordered. In most cases, we can identify the correct part
in time to have it shipped on the same day.
Fuji has $15 million in inventory, including 4,000 common stock items, at our Vernon Hills headquarters. Our purchasing control system, which constantly monitors inventory levels and restocks items daily, minimizes lead times and backorders. Common stock items can be shipped the same day they were ordered. We also expedite machine down orders and can provide counter-to-counter shipping. Weekend emergency service is also available.
