CP-842E
The new CP-842 builds on the well tested and highly successful CP platform with further refinements and technological advances to create a turret-type, high-speed chip placer with stable throughput. A new index unit and improved pick-up offsets constantly maintain placing accuracy and enable fine pitch placement. The CP-842E can handle boards ranging from 50 mm x 50 mm to 457 mm x 356 mm with a max feeder capacity of 140 (100 for the CP-842ME). Placing parts as small as 0402(01005) with an accuracy of +/-55 µm, the CP-842 is a quality machine that can fit into any production environment.
