The NP-251E-XL is Fuji's newest multi-function mounter, offering operation efficiency and supporting the assembly of extra-large boards by supporting board sizes from 150 (L) x 100 (W) mm to the extra-large 705 x 587 mm (23 x 27 in.). To enhance efficiency, we have incorporated several technologies into the machine's design. Among them, the vision processing system features our new multiple light-source unit. The system now automatically switches between front and backlighting - eliminating the need to change out nozzles AND ensuring optimal lighting is used for each part type. In addition, the machine's standard configuration features two power feeder units (PFUs) which offer 40 feeder slots each. As an alternative, a multi-tray unit (MTU-10, MTU-11E) can replace the rear PFU to supply parts from both trays and 16 power feeders.
