The
Adviser module is a closed-loop quality control system
which collects information from the AOI machine (pre-reflow)
and performs SPC analysis in order to implement measures
to the machine directly. This helps to avoid production
defects early in the process.
When an error occurs, a report is generated which includes corresponding reference information to the operator. A separate display can be set depending on the degree of defect levels to notify the engineer or supervisor (immediate stop, warning, recommended measure display).
