The Verifier module is a component/feeder verification and management system for use on most Fuji machines. By using the Verifier module with your machine, you will gain a number of valuable features including:

• Verification of parts as they are loaded on the machine (correct slot).

• Receive "Parts Out" warnings in advance so operators can prepare parts/feeder for a quick reload.

• View your remaining parts inventory (what's on the machine or feeder rack).

• Minimize your changeover time by kitting parts and feeders prior to loading them on the machine.

• Track the number of pickups for each feeder to assist in scheduling regular feeder maintenance.

• Track operator work history, assisting in evaluating training needs of operators.

• Schedule upcoming jobs and compare your component needs with your current inventory to determine what parts need to be procured.
