This course is for technicians new to Maintaining Fuji Placement system machines. We will cover basic operation and full preventive maintenance from 24 hours to over 6 months. We will cover maintenance on feeders and the types of placement heads the customer has when available. Note new customers have priority to attend this class.

AIMEXIII Level 2

This course is for technicians who have been maintaining Fuji Placement machines. This course covers detailed machine structure. This includes options and configurations, setup, machine functions, electrical schematic and explications, servo, and vision system. This course will also include all AUTO tools. The student will be instructed on longer-term maintenance needs. We will cover maintenance on feeders and the types of placement heads the customer has when available.

GPX-C(series) Maintenance & Troubleshooting (San Jose CA Only)

The course teaches details of machine functions, operation, electrical and adjustments for the GP Series Screen printers. This is a hands on course. Training also includes setup and adjustments for proper solder paste application.

Nexim Level 1 - Systems (New to 2025!)

Nexim - Systems: This course will show all aspects of the Nexim Smart Operation software. We center on machine operations and parts handling within Nexim. We will discuss methods to analyze cycle times and parts management to prevent issues within production and ways to increase cycle times. We will discuss other production tools such as Traceability and Traceability reports, Scheduling, and Smart Factory with IPQC and IPQC Expert functions.

Nexim Level 1 (San Jose California)

(Formally known as Nexim Plan see Do) Nexim Basic course is for the programmer who is new to the Nexim platform. This course will cover a broad overview of the Nexim platform and SMT operations of either an AIMEX or NXT model SMT placement machine. The course will concentrate on creating jobs, creating parts, and sending a job to a Fuji machine. The Student will get plenty of hands-on work with a Fuji SMT machine and the Nexim Software.

Nexim Level 1- Programming (Note this course fulfills pre-install requirement)

This course is for all new programmers. We will center on all job/part programming tasks. This course explores all aspects of creating a job within Nexim, including tips and tricks for adjusting and manipulating data within parts and jobs. We will focus on specialty parts handling, emphasizing specific machine functions during handling. We will work with line balancing and multi-job line balancing.

This course is for programmers who have been programming with Nexim and understand the programming principles. We will work with all types of parts management. Underscoring unique parts handling of each Fuji placement machine in which the students work. We will encourage students to bring any jobs they would like help with programming. We will discuss optimization and multi-job line balancing.

NXTIII L1+

This course is designed for all NXTIII maintenance personnel. It provides comprehensive instruction on both basic operation and full preventive maintenance of the NXT platform machine. The training covers feeder maintenance, detailed machine structure, available options and configurations, system setup, and overall machine functions. Participants will also gain an understanding of electrical schematics and the operation and functionality of the servo and vision systems used on the NXT platform. Where applicable, the course will also address feeder maintenance and the specific types of placement heads utilized by the customer.

Note that new customers have priority in attending this class. We will also work on machine programming of parts.
