Any class marked as Level 1 is free to all FAC Customers. FAC will no longer be using credits. New and old customers qualify.

Free classes will prioritize new customers. Any existing customers will be on a waiting list. 3 weeks prior to the class start date any existing customers requesting a Level 1 class will be allowed to use untaken seats free of charge.

No one customer can take more than 3 seats in any class. For a fee, a custom class can be created for an existing customer requiring more than 3 students. The only exception is when seats are available after the 3-week new customer waiting period prior to the class start.

All classes are subject to cancellation when there are fewer than 3 students registered.

This course is for technicians new to Maintaining Fuji Placement system machines. We will cover basic operation and full preventive maintenance from 24 hours to over 6 months. We will cover maintenance on feeders and the types of placement heads the customer has when available. Note new customers have priority to attend this class.

Nexim - Systems: This course will show all aspects of the Nexim Smart Operation software. We center on machine operations and parts handling within Nexim. We will discuss methods to analyze cycle times and parts management to prevent issues within production and ways to increase cycle times. We will discuss other production tools such as Traceability and Traceability reports, Scheduling, and Smart Factory with IPQC and IPQC Expert functions.

This course will cover a broad overview of the Nexim platform and SMT operations of either an AIMEX or NXT model SMT placement machine. The course will concentrate on creating jobs, creating parts, and sending a job to a Fuji machine. The Student will get plenty of hands-on work with a Fuji SMT machine and the Nexim Software.

This course is designed for all NXTIII maintenance personnel. It provides comprehensive instruction on both basic operation and full preventive maintenance of the NXT platform machine. The training covers feeder maintenance, detailed machine structure, available options and configurations, system setup, and overall machine functions. Participants will also gain an understanding of electrical schematics and the operation and functionality of the servo and vision systems used on the NXT platform. Where applicable, the course will also address feeder maintenance and the specific types of placement heads utilized by the customer.
